Harddisk Data Recovery Service  กู้ข้อมูลฮาร์ดดิสค์      

         Maxwell Group  ได้ร่วมมือกับ Research Institute of Computer Chinese Academy of Science ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์ของรัฐบาลจีน เป็นแผนกที่วิจัยและพัฒนาเครื่องมือทั้ง Hardware และ software ที่เกี่ยวกับตัวฮาร์ดดิสค์ เพราะทราบถึงความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานที่สูญเสียข้อมูลอันสำคัญในฮาร์ดดิสค์จากสาเหตุต่างๆ และหวังว่าจะได้ช่วยเหลือหรือบรรเทาความเสียหายให้ท่านไม่มากก็น้อย

1,ความเสียหายระดับ Logically เช่น
• ไม่ได้ตั้งใจลบไฟล์ออกไป delete files หรือ format เครื่อง
• เครื่องติด virus หรือ เจอโปรแกรม protect ทำให้ไม่สามารถเปิดอ่านเขียนไฟล์ข้อมูลได้
• ฮาร์ดดิสก์เสียงดังผิดปกติขณะอ่านเขียนข้อมูล หรือ เครื่อง detect เจอบ้างไม่เจอบ้าง
• มี bad sector มาก ทำให้อ่านเขียนข้อมูลช้ามาก เปิดโปรแกรมไม่ได้ หรือเครื่องค้าง
กรณีข้างต้นนี้ มีโอกาสกู้ข้อมูลกลับมาได้มากที่สุด แต่ต้องอย่า save ทับชื่อไฟล์ซ้ำ ในกรณีนี้จะไม่สามารถกู้เอาข้อมูลของไฟล์เดิมกลับมาได้เลย หรือต้องไม่เคยทำ low format มาก่อนจึงจะสามารถกู้ข้อมูลคืนมาได้

2,ความเสียหายระดับ Firmware ที่ทำงานผิดปกติ
Firmware คือ โปรแกรมที่ใช้ควบคุมฮาร์ดดิสค์ เหมือน BIOS ในเครื่อง computer ที่ควบคุมให้ Boot เครื่อง
• เครื่องจะมองไม่เห็นฮาร์ดดิสค์ แต่ตัวฮาร์ดดิสค์เองยังไฟติดทำงานอยู่
• ขณะที่เครื่องมองไม่เห็นฮาร์ดดิสก์ ตัวฮาร์ดดิสก์เองยังทำงานได้อยู่ หรือเห็นฮาร์ดดิสก์ แต่อ่านเขียนข้อมูลไม่ได้เลย หรืออ่านข้อมูลผิดเพี้ยนไปเป็นภาษาต่างดาว ดูไม่รู้เรื่อง
กรณีข้างต้นนี้ต้องหา Firmware ที่เหมือนกันทุกอย่างมาเปลี่ยนโดยผ่านขบวนการทาง Hardware มีโอกาสกู้ข้อมูลกลับมาได้เช่นกัน

3,ความเสียหายระดับ Physically เช่น
• แผงวงจรบนฮาร์ดดิสค์ไหม้ ชิ้นส่วนแตกหัก หลุด
• ต่อไฟให้ฮาร์ดดิสค์แล้ว เสียงดังเหมือนเหล็กเสียดสีกัน แผ่นจานดิสค์ขูดสีกับหัวอ่าน
กรณีข้างต้นนี้ต้องเปลี่ยนจานดิสค์ ข้อมูลที่อยู่บนตำแหน่งรอยขูดบนจานดิสค์จะไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้เลย หรือเราอาจเปลี่ยนหัวอ่าน และต้องใช้เครื่องมือพิเศษในการเปิดตัวฮาร์ดดิสค์ โอกาสได้คืนข้อมูลค่อนข้างน้อย

   จากข้างต้น ท่านจะเห็นความยากง่ายในการกู้เอาข้อมูลกลับคืนมานั้น ขึ้นอยู่กับความเสียหายของฮาร์ดดิสค์ แต่ทั้งนี้ยังอาจต้องพิจารณาองค์ประกอบอื่น เช่น ฮาร์ดดิสค์ได้ผ่านการกู้จากช่างที่อื่นมาแล้ว ซึ่งเราไม่ทราบว่าเขาใช้โปรแกรมใด หลักการใด หรืออาจทำการเปิดตัวจานดิสค์ออกเพื่อตรวจเช็คหรือปรับเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วน ซึ่งการกระทำเหล่านี้อาจส่งผลให้โอกาสที่จะได้คืนข้อมูลจากฮาร์ดดิสค์นั้นน้อยลงไปอีก
